VITAL STATISTICS
The Vital Statistics Division keeps birth and death records back to the year 1908. Birth certificates may be obtained anywhere in the state of Ohio, regardless of the county of birth. Death certificates can only be obtained in the county where the death took place.
The cost of a birth or death certificate is $25.
